MIND OVER MATTERS
Holistic Mental Healing
Your mental health is the crucial connection between your mind, body, and soul. In fact, some events and experiences can be so traumatic they are almost debilitating years after the occurrence.
As a Board Certified Holistic Mental Health Coach, Aria uses integrative approaches to provide guidance towards a more purpose-filled life of healing for those suffering from stress, anxiety, and low-grade depression.
We will navigate to find the sources of stress, anxiety, and low-grade depression and work together to build progress towards the accomplishments you seek to improve your professional development and career trajectory.
- Bullying from leadership
- Unfair treatment (including systemic issues)
- Diversity and inclusion
- Anger and unforgiveness

- Dysfunctional family cycles
- Divorced and co-parenting issues
- Blended family dynamics
- Guilt and shame
Workplace stress is an ever increasing problem for organizations. Bullying, burnout, and unfair treatment yield high turnover, absences and leaves, and disgruntled employees. The results can lead to anything from low productivity and moral – increased costs – to legal action – increased liabilities. Both reduce either internal or external brand reputation. Yet, mental wellness is not a factor that employers consider until the damage is almost irreparable.
